Sign up with your email in seconds. No credit card required at this stage — just create your account and you're in.
Purchase a card
From your dashboard, buy a card slot. Each slot lets you create one physical memory card — once purchased you're ready to start building.
Upload your cover photo & choose orientation
Upload a photo directly from your device, or import from Google Drive, Dropbox, Instagram, or Facebook. Then choose landscape (4:3) for wide shots or portrait (3:4) for upright photos — you can switch at any time.
Write your title & message
Give your card a title and a short personal message that will appear on the front. Keep it meaningful — this is what your recipient reads first.
Share the contribution link
Copy your card's unique link and send it to friends and family. Optionally add a password so only invited people can contribute. Contributors need no account — just the link.
Review contributions
See every photo and message that's been added. Preview the front and back of your card, manage contributions, and make any final tweaks before you commit.

What exactly is a Timewell card?+
A Timewell card is a physically printed memory card with your chosen cover photo, title, and message on the front — and a QR code that links to a digital page where contributors have shared their own photos and messages.
Do my friends need a Timewell account to contribute?+
No. Anyone you share the contribution link with can add a photo or message directly in their browser — no sign-up or account needed.
What size and format is the printed card?+
Cards are printed on high-quality card stock. You can choose between landscape (4:3) or portrait (3:4) orientation depending on what suits your cover photo best.
Can I preview the card before placing an order?+
Yes — the editor shows you a live preview of the front and back of your card at any time. You can switch between landscape and portrait and see exactly how it will look before you commit to an order.
Can I password-protect my card?+
Absolutely. If you'd like to control who can view and contribute to your card, you can add a password from the Sharing settings. Only people with the password will be able to open the contribution page.
What happens after I submit an order?+
Once you submit, your card moves into production. An admin reviews and processes the order, then your card is printed and shipped to the delivery address you provided.
Can I make changes to my card after ordering?+
Once an order is placed, the card is locked for editing so the printed version matches what you approved. If you need to make a correction, please get in touch as soon as possible.
