Getting started with Timewell
Timewell lets you create a beautiful digital memory card that your guests can contribute to with photos, videos, and voice messages. Here's how to set up your first card.
1. Create a card
From your Home dashboard click the + New button in the top-right corner. Give your card a title (up to 40 characters) and an optional message (up to 80 characters). Choose a landscape or portrait orientation to match your cover photo.
2. Upload a cover photo
Open the Image tab in the card editor and upload a high-quality photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 15 MB). Timewell automatically generates a web-ready composite card image with a QR code badge — no design skills required.
3. Share the link
Copy your card's share link from the editor header and send it to your guests via text, email, or print the QR code and display it at your event. Guests can open the link on any device and start uploading immediately.
4. Review contributions
Open the Contributions tab in the editor at any time to see what guests have uploaded. You can remove any contribution that doesn't belong.
Tips
- Use a portrait photo for portrait cards and a landscape photo for landscape cards to get the best composite result.
- Enable password protection in Settings if you want to restrict access to invited guests only.
- Card credits are deducted when you create a card, not when you order a print.
